Dr. Kamal Agarwal, 72, was driving his car at a high rate of speed on 6th Street NW and Fairmont on April 11 when he failed to negotiate the left turn, striking Howard freshman Mohamed Samura. Samura, 18, died of his injuries on April 15. The School of Business Dean Dr. Anthony Wilbon said that the school of Business held meetings with Samura’s business orientation team and close friends.
