DLA Land and Maritime Office of Small Business Programs provides a compass to steer small businesses in the right direction whether they end up contracting with the combat logistics agency or not. By exceeding its goals, the office is facilitating more integration of small businesses into the defense industrial base, which according to the Defense Department Small Business Strategy released in January 2023.
