Developers have partially completed a business park in Stillwater near globalFoundries' manufacturing facility. DeGraff Bloom Custom Builders, the owners who recently acquired the property at 108 Dunning St. from real estate developers Luther Forest Corp., are clearing trees to build a road for the upcoming housing development.
