Gov. Ned Lamont felt that a bill he spoke about on Tuesday morning will get the measure to the finish line. As of Tuesday in Connecticut, only companies with 50 or more employees are required to give 40 hours of paid sick time. The bill Lamont pushed would make it mandatory for all businesses regardless of size.
