Business and organizational representatives are invited to join Yampa Valley Sustainability Council and the Steamboat Springs Chamber for a “Business Leadership for Climate” free workshop from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Routt County Health and Human Services Community Room (135 Sixth St.) The workshop will focus on the benefits of state-level recognition. Attendees can learn how to navigate the recognition application process and discover strategies to accumulate points toward certification. By becoming certified, businesses can distinguish themselves as leaders in sustainability.
