Chattanooga Police say officer responded to the scene at 6:36 p.m. When they arrived, officers learned that the 2 men who were shot had already been transported in a personal vehicle to the hospital. Champy's owner Seth Champion tells us 2 of his employees almost got shot in the chaos.
