Global Investment Confidence Index for 2024 ranks the top 128 countries in terms of eCommerce and digital market attractiveness. China came in second, followed by Japan, the United Kingdom, and Germany. The US ranked second, while France, South Korea, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates rounded out the top ten. Taiwan, Singapore, the Netherlands, Brazil, and Russia ranked 11th to 15th respectively.
