Amber Jackson is in the process of earning her MA in Gastronomy with a focus in Business & Entrepreneurship at Metropolitan College. She owns Black Leaf Tea Café, which serves delicious and restorative self-made brews. In 2019, she opened her business, which boasts the slogan, “Tea. Culture. Community”.
