Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) will undertake a nationwide inspection of the books and registration documents of companies and businesses. In a statement, the ORC said the inspection will cover certificates of incorporation and registration (for companies and partnership business names); compliance status, i.e. filing of annual returns and amendments, and update on company and business details. The exercise will be conducted in all regions.
