Junior Achievement of Central Illinois routinely honors local business leaders at their Hall of Fame Laureate Induction Ceremony. It’s one of the group’s biggest fundraisers of the year due in part to the funds raised Thursday night. The organization recognized a second-grade teacher at St. Philomena Catholic School Meagan Chambers as Teacher of the Year.
