Dwight York, founder of the Nuwaubian Nation, convicted and imprisoned for crimes including child molestation, leading to the decline of his controversial movement. His ideologies ranged from black nationalism, pseudo-Islamic themes, Judaism, Egyptology and UFO religions to New Age beliefs and conspiracy theories. Over the years, York began to find numerous religious movements, with his journey picking up momentum in the 1960’s.
