Wrestling Federation of India to Join Hands With World Wrestling
The Sports Ministry decided to join hands with the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) on conducting trials for the Senior Asian Wrestle Championships and Asian Olympic Qualifiers. The global body also made it clear that only the WFI, and not an ad-hoc body appointed by the government, was authorised to select teams for international events.
