Science Vs Art - Is Science a Good Idea?
Art is no stranger to the laws of mathematics, says Gabriel Urrutia Galaz/Flickr https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/ Art and science are often perceived as mutually exclusive fields; artists and scientists could not be more different. Sulfite and the Origin of Life
a university of Arizona-led study shines a spotlight on sulfur, a chemical element that, while all familiar, has proved surprisingly resistant to scientific efforts in probing its role in the origin of life. This question has been the subject of intense scientific research for decades. The RNA world hypothesis is based on an interesting feature of modern biology, which is that of the four major categories of biomolecules – amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids and nucleic acids.
