This dirt fuel could provide essentially endless electricity, eliminating waste and harmful effects of other sources of fuel. Iceland Volcano Erupted for the Fourth Time in 3 Months
Iceland’s Meteorological Office said the eruption opened a fissure in the earth about 3 kilometers (almost 2 miles) long between Stóra-Skógfell and Hagafell mountains on the Reykjanes Peninsula. The Met Office had warned for weeks that magma — semi-molten rock — was accumulating under the ground, making an eruption likely.

The Wim Hof Method (WHM) is based around a system of intentional breathing followed by cold therapy such as an ice bath or cold shower on a regular basis. The findings suggest that the WHM may reduce inflammation in healthy and non-healthy participants as it increases adrenaline as well as anti-inflammatory chemicals called cytokines.
