Congratulations to the cooperation band on successfully defending its title at yesterday’s Fife Brass Band Festival entertainment contest. Sixteen bands entered the event in the Carnegie Hall, Dunfermline, but it was the current champions’ near-perfect performance that once again caught the ear of adjudicator Helen Douthwaite-Teasdale.
