Shares in Embracer EMBRAC_B rise 4% after the Swedish gaming group agreed on Wednesday to sell its subsidiary Gearbox Entertainment to Take-Two Interactive Software TTWO for $460 million. The Swedish group says it is selling the game developer for a steep discount, having bought it in a deal that valued the business at up to $1.4 billion in 2021. Redeye views the divestment positively as the net debt level will come down significantly.
