Peoria, Ill. - Police Arrest Five Juveniles
Peoria police say officers were called to a business in the 5200 block of War Memorial Drive around 2:17 p.m. Thursday on a report of five people inside the business stealing clothes. Police learned the make and model of their car and used a License Plate Reader to locate it a short time later in the 2700 block of W Westport.

The Final Rule Enhances Participation and Equity in Transportation Projects
The U.S. Department of Transportation issued a final rule to modernize the DBE and Airport Concessions DBE programs. The programs were established over 40 years ago to address discrimination against minorities, women, and economically disadvantaged small businesses. Implemented nationwide by various transportation departments, transit agencies, and airport sponsors, the programs include approximately 50,000 certified DBEs and 3,500 certified ACDBEs.
