Bowie State University students and faculty were awestruck by the sight of Stonehenge during a week-long alternative spring break trip to London. The group travelled about two hours outside of London to see the historic stone monument, which dates back to 3100 BC. Some theories suggest the site was used as an early burial ground, a place of worship for ancient druids or as a physical calendar of sorts.
