India's Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Boosts the Digital Economy
In response to Business Standard's queries, the World Bank said the project was under preparation. The state-level DPI index will help analyse gaps to strengthen the digital economy, support financial inclusion, and increase public-private innovation. An official, who did not wish to be named, said the index would evaluate different states based on the level of adoption of DPIs.
