The Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) has reopened a 10-year bond first sold in March. The Treasury is targeting Sh25 billion from the bond on account of the Treasury closing in on its domestic borrowing target for the fiscal year and expected inflows from external lenders. Dubai has started work on a $35bn airport terminal that is set to have the world’s largest capacity upon completion. All operations at Dubai International Airport will be transferred to the newer Al Maktoum International Airport over the coming years, Sheikh Mohammed said on X. The new passenger terminals will be the new home of flagship carrier Emirates and feature five parallel runways and 400 aircraft gates.
