Marin Academy and San Domenico Swim Placed 1-2 in Division I
Marin Academy (145 points) topped the standings ahead of San Domenico (71) and Lick-Wilmerding (39). The boys competition was closer, with Marin Academy first at 107 points. The Wildcats’ Brooke Bent won the 50 free with a North Coast Section qualifying time of 24.48 seconds. Marin Academy’s Tristan Lu and Schuyler Rewick placed first and third in the 200 free.

Little League this year is celebrating the 50th anniversary of opening its baseball program to girls and the establishment of the Little League Softball World Series. The company has gone from about 200,000 participants annually to 2 million; from 10,000 teams to more than 100,000; and from 50 full-time employees in six states to 500 in 41, with hires spanning the spectrum, including in operations, strategy and finance.
