Nana Oye Bampoe Addo addressed the 11th African Conference on Sexual Health and Rights in Rabat, Morocco, on the theme. She highlighted several challenges impeding progress in sexual and reproductive health, including prevalence of unsafe abortions, inadequate legal frameworks, and socio-cultural barriers.
