Hagen celebrated the first World Cup victory of her career at the premiere of the Individual Compact on December 16, 2023 in Ramsau. After coming second behind teammate Mari Leinan Lund in Oberstdorf (GER), she won again in the second Compact competition of the season. The 23-year-old also won the German Trophy.
